Hidden Switch

Postby rob on 05 Mar 2010 09:26 pm

I've gotten quite sick of having to use the defaults command to see the hidden files on my Mac, so I threw together this little app in a shell script and Automator to flip that bit for me. Could someone download it and let me know if it works for them? (Mac only, obviously, and requires Tiger or higher.)

Nice. Thanks, tres.

If I can, I'd like to turn it into a small Cocoa app that lives in the systray (up by the clock) for two-click access from anywhere.

this app was named after a sexual experience rob had in his 20s with a hooker who really, really looked like a lady at the club. no, really.
